Andrew M. Tiktin

Mr. Tiktin is the Associate Area Counsel with the Internal Revenue Service, Large and Mid-Size Business Division handling South and Central Florida. He has litigated numerous cases before the United States Tax Court and Bankruptcy Court. He handles some of the largest tax controversies in Florida on behalf of the Service. Mr. Tiktin has been consistently recognized as a Top Government Attorney in the South Florida Legal Guide and has served as a guest lecturer at many bar conferences in the United States and abroad.
