Professor Frances R. Hill made a presentation on Self-Regulation in the Exempt Sector at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation annual spring meeting in Washington, D.C. on May 9. A transcript of Professor Hill's complete presentation will be published in the Exempt Organization Tax Review this summer.
Jeffrey Rubinger, an Adjunct Professor teaching a course in Problems in International Tax in the Graduate Program in Taxation and a partner in Holland & Knight LLP, spoke on Derivatives and Other Synthetic Financial Instruments: An International Perspective, at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation annual spring meeting held in Washington, D.C., on May 9.
