Welcome to the Website of the University of Miami Graduate Program in Taxation.

We hope you find this site a convenient and informative guide to information on studying tax law at the University of Miami.

Our curriculum is designed to allow you to pursue a full range of tax specialties as well as offering a solid foundation in the core subjects of taxation.

Our faculty consists of full time professors with substantial experience in private practice as well as adjunct faculty from the leading firms in South Florida and the Internal Revenue Service.

Our Tax Program offers full time and part time options, as well as a seven-semester option for students in their third year of law school.

Students with law degrees from law schools outside the United States are welcome. We generally have a number of foreign students in our Program each year.
